HARVEST: Manual, beginning September for the Dolcetto, late harvestfor the Barbera the third week of September and middle of October for theNebbiolo.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Selection of the best grapes,harvesting of each variety at the perfect ripening point. Separatedvinifications, malolactic fermentation in 2nd and 3rd passage barriques.Batonnage of fine lees for 20 months. Blending after several tasting insearch of the perfect balance to represent at its best our companyphilosophy.

TASTING NOTES: TSince ever the wine of the Marrone family: it isdeeply linked to fruit but also to a pleasant minerality, with balsamic notesof licorice and blackberry candy, with evolving cherry. Elegant, for a winethat can continue aging. Round and fresh, with tannins present andenveloping without oppressing, then red fruit, blood orange andstrawberry. Long and quivering with tannin, crunchy red fruit, cherry, tealeaves and spices.
